About Us

FK Paving was founded by lifelong friends Dahlton Fillipi and Tyler Kubinski, who first met in high school and later attended North Dakota State University together. While their paths briefly separated, their shared work ethic and passion for hands-on work never changed. Dahlton went on to serve nine years in U.S. Army Aviation, developing discipline, leadership, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

At the same time, Tyler spent nine years in the asphalt industry, perfecting his craft through hands-on experience in asphalt repair and pavement work. After years of building their skills in different fields, Dahlton and Tyler reunited with a shared goal—start a company built on reliability, quality workmanship, and pride in every job.

That vision became FK Paving, a company dedicated to delivering durable, professional paving solutions while treating every project with the same level of care and integrity they built their careers on.
